Club Takeovers?

I remeber there was a lot of club takeovers in FM12. AFC Wimbledon getting Morgan de Sanctis as their moneyman, and other small clubs getting bought by fans or rich guys.

Is that feature out of FM13? I'm in 2016, and i have'nt seen a single on, yet.

did you untick valid takeovers only in the preferences?

is there a way to make a takeover happening. managing inter milan, and the club is financially screwed leading me having to sell my best players, however this still hasn't helped so think the only way to solve the financial mess is by getting new owners.

normally to force a takeover you just get the club in to a seriously bad financial position, like wages per week way above wage limit and your club will make a huge loss over time. This is what I did with Man Utd (on purpose)
