Club value went down after selling player for 35.5M?!

Im on my 12th/13th season with West Ham, and in the pre-season transfer window i made the best signing ever by signing Brazil's No.1 goalie on a free transfer. He was at the club for 4 months before i sold him to Man City in January for 35.5M. In doing this, the club's "Estimated value" went from 315M down to 295M?! this makes no sense to me, where's my ****** money?!

Estimated value is the value of your assets I.E Players/Stadium/Facilities.

Bank Balance is where your actual money is in the finances screen.

also did you sell him for 35.5 mil upfront or over a period of time?

Yeah you still get your money your club just isn't is valuable now you've sold a valuable player.

Who cares about club value anyway?

35.5M Upfront, where is the actual bank balance then? ive been playing FM for years i should really know this lol, on the information screen it just says Club value 295M (Loans 198M) because of a new stadium etc, i wanna know how much the club is worth moneywise

Go to the finances (Click on West ham>Finances or just press Shift+O) screen and it will have 'Balance' down the bottom. That is the current amount of cash in the bank
