Club World Cup/world champions league

I've been googling it and I can't find any info for doing a custom one on 11.3

I wanted to take the top 5 clubs for the top 20 leagues or take the champion from each league around the world and place them into a massive competition.

Does anyone here know how? If so...how?

some has done the second option. where the champions of all the nations go into a season long Club Championship.
