clubs finance editing problem

To be honest i like to give myself some money as i like to build my team, but when im using data editor i always put £999999999 for balance,transfer budget & wage budget but only the transfer budget turns out that way. This also happened to me in fm09. anyone know what the problem is and if there is a way around it ?

well ive heard theres a limit to how far the editor ges for money i think its like 700mil

i can get my transfer budget to 1billion+ depending on what team. when you select what expectation your setting for yourself at the begining but i still only end up with about 20million more balance than i started.

does anyone actually know how much is the limit you can put? because im a hearts fan i get stuck with about 190k transfer budget at the begining of season and a club like hearts are aiming for 3rd place maybe even champions league positions and 190k isnt enywhere near enough
