Clubs who have a great youth academy

Looking for suggestions for smaller clubs that have a great youth academy? I started a save with Stuttgart and at the end of my 1st 2 seasons i got a 'golden generation'.

Just finished season 5 and alot of these young guys are coming through and becoming wonderkids. Was pretty unexpected was more of a save of trying to revive a 'fallen giant' sort of game.

Has anyone else came across teams who produce fantastic young players?

Take a look at 1860 Munchen (Munich) in German Div 3, not so much a smaller club but a medium/large sized one fallen on hard times(demoted for financial problems). They have excellent youth facilities and have retained a decent recruitment system. Not only will they be a good challenge getting them back into the top division but you should get some good youth prospects along the way.

Decided to try the 1860 challenge. Its a little harder than i thought but im enjoying it so far!

You th has been quite good. Went up 1st season, just escaped relegation 2nd season but tried to blood too many youngsters 3rd season and went down. But im flying 4th season so 1 step back to go a few forward!
