Clubs with player restrictions?

Posted this in the discussions forum yesterday but didn't get any responses.
Just wondering if there are any clubs with restrictions in place as to where they can buy players from, what sort of contracts they can offer, etc. along the lines of Bilbao's Basque policy and Queen's Park only offering amateur contracts. Looking for a unique challenge!

Chivas will only play Mexican players, but I don't know if this is implemented in the game

I wish there was a way to implement this using the editor. But I believe it is done in the coding. The fans never seem to understand if I sell a key player. Eg(messi, neymar etc at barca)
