CM/CDM needed for PSV!

So I sold Toivonen after Monaco came in with a 9.5 million euro offer, and I'm now looking for a defensive minded center mid who can rotate with Schaars/Hiljemark in one of my defensive tactics.

I have about 3.5 million to spend and I can offer about 45k in wages, and I'm looking for someone who is satisfied with being a rotation option.

I tried going for Jali, but he wanted to be a key player and I couldn't promise him that since I use 3 different tactics and only one with defensive mids.

Any thoughts guys? I'm up for loaning a player aswell, but I couldn't find any good ones that were loan listed.

Just go for Jali and make him a key player, then when you sign him put him as rotation, he wont say anything or else he will come to you and you just say your sorry cautiously and that you wont do it again, sorted

Simao from Shandong Luneng, he might be a free agent now but he is a good player with very good attributes , more of a CDM anchor man though
