Was just gonna start a game in italy and am wondering how this works do we take turns playing the player or what.

P.s. has anyone seen the size of inter under-21s in this, there is well over 50 players :O

No. he plays for one team. At end of year you can bid to take the other half of his contract.

how is it decided who he plays for each year?

it's decided when you make the offer to co own. There is a tab that you can switch between your team and the other.
