Co-workers duties

Hi,

can anyone please show me the way of setting your coworkers helping you on daily basis?

I mean who is doing what and why (most important attribute).

For example, who is finishing contract deals?
Who is getting new players to youth team and why?

I wonder is really sport director or youth director are useful, and what responsibilities have YOURS assistant, directors and rest.

DOF is useless, it's just a way to time save (although things don't get done as well). HOYD is essential for good youth intakes.
