I'm currently in my 2nd season with Las Palmas and I noticed that at the beginning of my 3rd season many coaches retired such as Wenger, Roy H., Redknapp, SAF. Did anybody else notice that too?
It seems quite random to me, like anything can happen. In my save (end of 2nd season), SAF is still going strong, Hogdson took the England job and Wenger is about to get sacked from Liverpool(!)...
