How quickly do coaches gain Ability? Same as players? I want to know if it's worth hiring a young coach that has 200 Potential and how long it takes him to grow.
I have found 1 of my young scouts has progressed well on my Dover save with both judging potential and judging abilty. He started on 11 for both stats 4 seasons ago and is now 15 judging abilty and 16 judging potential. I couldn't tell you what his CA or PA is as I don't know but I would assume that would have a big affect on the increase in stats maybe.
