Can coaches' knowledge about roles increase?
I mean, if an assistant manager has medium knowledge to be coach, does it really matter?
can it increase if i assign him as a coach?

I don't think it's so much knowledge, as it is preference for the role.

Yes, it's preference for the role. And it does increase. Scouts can become coaches overtime, I've had scouts become goalkeeper coaches. And I've had coaches and assistant managers become managers at other teams.
