coaches rating

couple years ago there was a list of what ratings coaches needed to get what star rating, has anyone got it and can share it ready for friday? cant find mine

i'm sure there's a guide somewhere here in the forum but can't find it right now

briefly: it's Determination, Discipline and Motivation plus the specific training category (Technique, Attacking, Defending etc)

if these stats are all around 15 then you have at least a 4-stars rating fot that category

You can also use Coach calculator for FM2011, nothing seems to change since last year
