How do you get 5 stars next to your coaches when in the training/scheduling part? Does this come naturually just from the coach having high attributes or?

Does everyone set auto assign all for coaches to each dept?

This is one part of the game I've never given a hugh amount of attention to..

getting good coaches has allways been confusing to me, i allways thought if you had a coach with 20 in attacking he would give a 7 star attacking but this isnt the case people have put up calcs to help you work out stuff like that but i never understand it lol

the main stats you need to look for with coaches is Determination, Discipline, and Motivation. These stats combined with a coaching attribute will give you a certain amount of stars.

So lets say a coach has 12 Determination, 10 Discipline and 13 Motivation. Combined that equals to a DDM of 35 which is good, and if that coach has an attack rating or goalkeeper rating of 18 or 20 he will have max stars for attacking/goalkeeper

If that coach has to coach multiple areas, the star rankings go down because they don't have as much time. I don't know which stat modifies that though.

thanks for that i had no idea how any of it works i just hope they dont change it for FM2010 lol
