Coaching or Refereeing?

Which shall I look into?

i'm really tempted to do both myself, as theres a real lack of quality refs around my area :P

but someone above was on about scouting. How do you get into scouting?
 
my friend's dad is a ref in our under 15's league and is going to do the uefa official ref thingy (i dunno what its called) he gets paid every under 15's and 17's (does that to) game he refs and he'll soon be doing matches in leages like blue square south if this uefa thing goes well so i'd go with ref :D
 
Coaching would probably more ineresting but harder to succeed in, a ref is probably much tougher i.e grief and rules ect.
