Coaching staff improvement

Hey all,

I was just wondering if there is a growth in the coaching staffs attributes , and if so what affects this the most? And is there any way you can influence what areas they improve?

The staff's attributes will grow over time, but it depends on their Determination, age and coaching qualifications.

If you're looking to grow a backroom team, sign young staff members with high Determination (high Mental Attributes all-round is a good thing, obviously) and send him/her on a coaching course when you can afford to. You should see growth in their stats in time.

They're likely to improve in their strongest field. Generally, coaches can improve their 'star rating' by going on coaching qualification courses (B, A, Pro etc). As their rating increases, their reputation may also increase, but that may also be club-related; I'm not too sure..
