I had a couple of questions and was wondering if anyone had the answer or could let me know if this happens to them.
I am playing with Wehen Wiesbaden (German 3rd League). Starting my career with a transferbudget of 0 and an expected season ending of 9th seemed difficult. But in my first year I managed to finish 4th (one spot shy of making the playoffs). Starting my second year (which I am in right now) I have to finish 1st. So far after 16 games Im ranked number 1 with a gap of 5 points between me and the number 2. The first games I started off great and my team played really well. Now after 14 games it seems that my players have lost all the talent they once had. I am struggling against the worst team of the league, matter of fact, I am being dominated by them. I know that I cant win every game easily, but come on... 3 games in a row I have struggled against terrible teams.
I have not changed anything in my formation and the morale and stamina of my players are great. Does anybody know what I can do to make them play the soccer they played before?
Also when I look around to other countries I see that teams such as Ajax Amsterdam finished as the number 18?????? They have sold almost their whole starting line up for ridiculous low transfer amounts. And they players that they have bought as replacements are just a joke for a serious championship contender.
Does anybody else have this problem? It just seems that the teams managed by the computer sometimes go crazy. They have fired their managers (I know this happens in real life too, but I think I get a message in my inbox every day telling me that another manager has been fired). To me its not that much fun playing anymore if I see that teams such as Man City, Chelsea and Real Madrid buy everybody and I mean everybody (again this happens in real life too, but even the players who in real life would never leave their team yet are now being bought).
