combination of two lethal tactics

I'm a little bit rusty with my English, so I apologize


I've been playing football manager from the CM 03/04, I have always made ​​my own tactics, but this version of the game, I had no luck with any, I find it very difficult to find a balance attack / defense. investigated in the forum, and after trying many tactics, but without success, I decided to find two tactics that work both home and away. and I think, I have found a very good balance with two tactics (clarified they are not my tactics)

what surprised me most of the tactics, is how well the team is coupled to it quickly, I'm in a league game with Wales, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and England.
started in June (when the league starts in Wales) and I think the team was good for those 25 extra days (not Friendly Games) to fit a little better to tactics

cant really say these are 2 best tactics when youve only played 7-8 league games lol!

need to play a full season at least
