Compile Loan Availability Report in FM 12

I couldn't find it anywhere. I saw it once when I first started the game, during the first Backroom Advice session. After that, it is gone. Did someone locate it?

If there is a general thread for these type of questions, i couldn't find it either. So, if that is the case, sorry in advance.
