Complacency and Teamwork

I've got 2 problems with my team. They become complacent against smaller teams and the Strikers and AMC/R/L's are poor in teamwork stats.

Against complacency the solution is expecting wins, keep saying in press conferences the team needs to work harder and that stuff. But it's only a small help. I think personally the low teamwork stats are major cause of not getting goals (especially against smaller teams). But how do you train for teamwork?:S

you can train for teamwork by increasing tactics. complacency also comes in from the personality of your players, those who are determined or proffessional are less likely to be complacent

So is there any way to get determination or professionality up without tutoring?

Yeah basically what IDespot said

But to summarise, when you are favored and your team has at least 'good' morale, but are reported as looking complacent say 'I expect a Win' and 'Expect a Performance' on players that your AssMan names as the main ones looking complacent.
