complain about a referee?

As per title, is there anyway to complain about a referee?

I have had a look in my manual but cant seem to see any option for it.

You get the chance after a dodgy decision to complain.

its not worth it though, nothing happens really if you complain (morale rises) and your right and if your wrong you risk a ban, fine and upsetting the board

Yeah I've been Fined - £1000 for complaining it upsets you're board honestly

i guess this reflects the reality...you never get any advantage by complaining the referee...

There have been a couple of occasions when I'm sure my wrong complaint has got one of my players sent off in a following fixture and when I've been right that I've got a dubious penalty which had the opposition getting booked left, right and centre for moaning about.

It's for sure that complaining has no effect like this?
