Complaining about Ref's decisions

Not sure if its me, but whenever I complain about a decision by the ref or lino, I always get a news thread stating something along the lines of
"replays showed the officials made the right decision"

Has anyone else noticed this, I've got to serve a touchline ban now as I tested my theory a little bit too often

If you complain about a ref decisions & he made a right call FIFA gets involved(first Warning then fines & so forth) but when he made a wrong call FIFA will stay silent & do nothing.

Referee's rarely make wrong 'big decision' calls, but the best way to avoid a warning/fine/ban is to watch the replay in slow motion a couple of times then make a decision.

theres really no point in complaining about the referee because even if youre right nothing will change

There is point in complaining, as if the referee did make the wrong call then your players morale won't drop as much, and normally not at all.

How do you complain about ref decisions? i am playing as coventry and i signed balotelli from man city, then he scores a cracker of a goal vs chelsea only to be disallowed for offside, i re watched it and he was onside when the ball was passed to him.

so how do i complain about the decision? they went on to win 2-1 (so you can see why i want to complain)

Well if in a press conference it's brought up that's when you complain.

I haven't seen that option either. Mainly because i knew from previous versions it was a lost case like 99 out of 100 times and even made things worse and therefore not wondered how i could do that/

Not sure, but maybe it has to do with letting your assistant do the aftermatch talking? I have that option on, he once got fined by complaining on a ref (never saw that before actually, only this once). When you switch this option off maybe there are questions about the incident by the press? Give it a try, anyway it's too late for this incident.

Yeah, it must be done in press conferences if they ask you. And not always they will ask you. I've have a couple wrong calls without being asked about them.

once upon a time you could actually complain about the referee's performance...

I think it was only ever in one version of CM though, was a shame because I thought it was a good feature...

One referee was even sacked after I'd complained about his performance, although I think others had complained too (AI managers)...

nowadays you get asked about 'controversial' decisions in press conferences... if you know the ref made a bad call, say so... it helps players morale (or used to...) if you are unsure then don't comment on it and if you think the referee made the right call, say so too...

you can usually tell when it's a bad call just don't let your emotions get the better of you and impair your judgement
