Computer Performance/Estimated Game Speed

Both of these options on my laptop are usually 5*s, both have gone down to 2, can anyone tell me what has happened here?

It started as 5 stars and you added more leagues?

It's for a new save, where I have my default leagues selected (England, Scotland, Spain, France, Germany), but this time, the performance stars have gone down.

my game runs good until i get to a game then it lags & i dont get to see the game it jumps @ the start then freezes, then it jumps to the end of the game or half time.

Sorted, it was (14!!) Important Updates from Microsoft causing the problem. Back to normal, now.
