"Computer Performance" lead to crash dumps?!

When loading my game up, in the start up screen when selecting leagues etc my "computer performance" is not even one star. Will this be what is leading to my "application error" crash dumps?

If so, HOW DO I FIX IT?????

Crash dumps are caused by a range of issues, and yes overloading your system with too big a database or too many nations and leagues can lead to crash dumps.

Try loading a small database with just a couple of leagues from one nation. If you don't get crash dumps, then slowly increase how big a db you load.
