Conceding goals

In the beginning I always conceded goals from set-pieces but I managed to sort that. Now the set-piece goals have stopped I always concede from direct free kicks, long throw ins and shots from outside the box. Apart from trying to make my players foul less to stop the free kicks how do I stop the latter two? I'm completely stumped any help would be great

If you're giving up goals from range, the obvious thing to do would be to limit the space those midfielders get.
