I have a tactic (4-4-2) which is working fairly well, my only problem (which I've found with any tactic I use) is that I concede a lot of late goals. I can be 4-0 up but they will score 2 in the last few minutes. Or be 2 down, come back to 3-2 in the last minute, but they equalise in extra time.

Any ideas on how to stop this?

I think bringing on fresh legs will help especially on the full back positions.. :)
and turn on time wasting at 75-80 min mark..

I'd agree with the above post. The game seems like it's set to punish you if you don't react in the specific way its programmed to, and so the waste time thing would make sense

You can work on your approach as a whole to avoid your players getting tired. Either don't press that much, or if you want to hassle, make the pitch smaller (push higher up, play narrow)
