I holidayed 1st season to get a team that have been promoted I chose st Neots after getting promoted 1st season to BSP they turned professional (never seen this happen so quick) anyway when they turned professional you obviously have to tie players down to full time contracts, problem being they gave me a wage budget of 3.2k ( my wage budget P/T was 2.6k!) most wanted at least 600 p/w so I have basically had to release/ sell whole squad and start again! Currently in march and sitting 12th! It's a very hard challenge that I reccommend!
