As the coaches in the lower leagues are not of the highest standard, does this mean that they don't really know what they are talking about? I have had numerous meetings with my staff who all seem to offer up random advice and nearly always disagree with eachother. Most of the time I dismiss the advice and go with my own instinct and end up questioning the need for an assistant at all! Can anyone shed some light on getting a good backroom set up? Thanks.
