Confused about selecting leagues.

I'm comfused. When you select the leagues at the start of a game does this affect the players you can get from these countries. For example, if i did not select any Argentian leagues could i not get players from their? Can i still scout their?

I don't quite understand the system behind this either. About number of available players it doesn't seem to make a difference to me, because in not selected leagues, there are still players you can scout and buy.

Could be completely wrong there, so you might wait for a better answer...

If you load specific leagues up then players will be better from that league. For example loading the argentine league means some players will be better than they would be if you didn't. This also applies to coaches.

Makes sense, they probably get better because they have fixtures then which allows them to develop.

IF you load, say, the Irish leagues along with the English Premier League then after a few years the regens from Ireland become top-drawer. Seen a thread were a person only had Iceland loaded after several years the Iceland league was the biggest in Europe (could have been edited, don't know). The more leagues loaded the better players you get
