I wouldn't sign him. If you look for a cheap target man, I suggest Ezequiel Rescaldani or Bruno Petkovic.

Do you want a good in air striker? Carlton Cole is free at the beginning of the game. Ezequiel Rescaldani will be next poor man's Cavani.
