Continental Qualification

Is there any way to increase the number of teams that qualify for a continental competition? Also can you change the nations that qualify and the number of spots they get?

yes through editing the continental rules, however you will then lose the coefficents system so the number of places will be static.

So could i make it so clubs from Hong Kong and Singapore qualify for the Asian Champions League?
