Continuous Logo and kit problems on certain teams

I've downloaded numberous FM12 logo/kits packs but none of them seem to work for certain teams.

Logo's fail to show for - QPR, Norwich or Swansea
Kits fail to show for - Wolves, West Brom, Newcastle, Norwich or Swansea.

I've never had any problems like this with previous Football Manager's. Does anyone know what I can do please????

Are the logos for qpr and that .png ?
are they in the config under the correct ID for the club ?
and where are you placing the graphics ?

yeah they are all .png files and the config files seem to be fine:

<record from="691" to="graphics/pictures/club/691/logo"/>
<record from="701" to="graphics/pictures/club/701/logo"/>
<record from="724" to="graphics/pictures/club/724/logo"/>

all of my graphics are placed in Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012/graphics/logos or kits.

Really can't understand why they don't seem to work no matter how many different logo/kit packs I download?
