I have this problem when I want to move to another club. I do not think it is a glitch or anything, but I just wanted someone to explain to me when it is applied. A club comes offering me a contract, but I do not want to move now, I want to move when my current contract ends, and it will end within half-a-season, but the transfer date option when negotiating with the other club is 'greyed' out, while in FM 2011, I do not think it ever was greyed out, and you had the option to pick between immediate, end of season, and end of contract.
