I have offered for a player who i really need and the club has accepted the offer and i'm in negotiations. But the player is not interested in negotiating.

What do i do to offer him a contract?

if he`s not intrested you cant over a contract

It just means your team isn't high enough reputation. Try winning a cup, finishing higher, getting promoted, etc and he might be interested.
