Converting Graphicsf from fm10 to fm11

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to convert the fm10 mega facepack to fm 11, ive copied it to the right place, yet they do not appear. Any help would be much appreciated

just stick the file into the graphics folder, worked 4 me (H)
