Converting potential ability to current ability.

Does any1 know what the conversion of -8,-9 ect turns into in game.

-10 = 180 - 200
-9 = 170 - 180
-8 = 160 - 170

your right! but players PA is completely random, macheda is -9 but ive seen him a 161 potential. it just means they have a better chance of being in the top end of PA
