Convincing to be a backroom staff problem , help !!!

im struggling to convince Neymar and Joe hart, 34 and 36, to be a coach once they retie from playing. they say that they dont want to remain in football.:'(
the confusing thing is that they are good tutors for my young gunners, and help them improve alot. despite that they dont wanna be a coach , but why?
neymar won the world player award 2 years back , 2020 i think, and a club legend. and joe hart is still with teh english squad too.

anything i can do to convince then to be Backroom staff members. like fmrte ? has anyone been in this situation too.
 
just keep on suggesting a backroom role to them as often as you can! some players just wont become coaches, they want to retire, not sure about FMRTE though, I am sure you can with that
