Corrupted save??? Cant load saved game!!!!

I Launch the game, firstly there is no 'load last game' so I end up clicking on the save and It says my save cant load, however, I CAN load other saves including the back-up one. I go onto other threads and they suggest deleting the 'settings' folder which can cause permanently deleting your save.
Instead I want to get SEGA to fix it by going onto their forum and following their template. The only thing I need is: how do I upload my save onto ftp.sigames.com? Anything would be appreciated!!!!Thanks!!!

I emailed SI with the same thing asking for help and that's when they cut off correspondence.

Hate to say it but you're best to start a new game or wait for FM13

Did the game crash while saving the file because if so, the file is dead and you will have to pick up from where the back-up left off.

Have had this happen with older versions of FM, and that has always been the cause.
