Hey guys, first post in a while, couldn't see another thread with this (there usually is)!

So anyone got any great new media comparisons? I recently got:

"Could be the next Ronaldo"

Anyone found the next Heskey, yet this year? ;)

Coincidentally, I went looking through some of the older "the next" threads looking for an old "could be the next Lionel Messi", because I don't think I've seen one in-game before.

This year, Daniel Villalva, in all of his 5 foot 2 inch glory, is "labeled the next Lionel Messi" in my game.

Villalava is an Argentine striker who starts out playing for River in Argentina.

In past versions he has been rated pretty highly. Now that he's in his early 20's, however, I don't feel he quite has the potential to reach that Messi-esque level of quality. At least not in my current save.

He is available on a free in January of the 2014, but might face some work permit issues in England. I was tempted to sign him for my Liverpool save just to try and train him up to the "next Messi" hype... but couldn't get a permit.


If i get inspired, maybe i'll go back and include a screenie.
 
Adam Campbell is usally the next Michael Owen.
 
Anthony Knockaert is labeled the next Michel Platini. He plays for Leicester and I bought him with Saint-Etienne in my first year. He was named player of the season in the league and got 35 assists in all competitions, including 4 in the EURO Cup final. Costs around 6-7 million.

Touted as the next Antonio Cabrini, Juventus Legend.
