could get a scout report?

why can i not get scout reports when i'm looking to buy a player ??

it sounds like you are already scouting him but a report hasnt been generated yet. go to scouting assignments and go down to the scout who is monitoring and see if the players name is there.

also what team are you?

Could be through scouting restrictions. Go to Board Room, and see if there is any scouting restrictions, you may only be able to scout players in your country/continent.

ah that could be it, you quite a low rep team. do what StuW says, that could be the problem as well
