Could someone reccommend me a tactic for my huge squad of great talent?

I'm third season arsenal playing online with my friends, and I want a tactic that fully uses my incredible team.

I came first in my first Season, and 4th in the second, currently in the third, 3 games in, i've yet to lose, beating Tottenham, Newcastle and drawing to my friends Man U away which I think is a good result.

Anyway.

Here are the players I have bought:

- Neymar
- Edinson Cavani
- Gotze
- Ozil
- Marek Hamsik
- Jesus Navas
- Kyriakos Papadopoulos

I currently have a 4-2-2-2 i'm using which is kind of similar to the might and magic tactic but slightly tweaked.

The thing is, I beat Sporting Lisbon this season 9-0 then the next game I drew to Swansea!

I don't understand the inconsistency so I'd like to find a formation that can carry my guys through to win the league again..

This is my current formation:

The above formation is the one im currently using but from a different save so the players are different, ignore whos playing where in the picture.

Any ideas?

I'm considering a 4-2-3-1 and using Cavani upfront as a Deep Lying Forward attack, Neymar left inside forward, Ozil Attacking Mid C, Gotze as Advanced Playmaker Right, and the rest as it is..

What do you think??

Practically replacing a whole team will mean they need to gel, put the match prep on very high during international breaks and preseason until the bar is nearly or completely full.

Gotze is better than Ozil (IMO) so play him on the Left Wing gets around 7.50 avg rating each season if he gels well.

Vermaelen is a BPD Stopper, not a CB D. Trust me he will play better.

Put Song in his preferred posistion as Anchor Man in DM that way we helps at the back as well as midfield.

I usually only change one thing in team instructions and thats passing to short, and putting the pitch size small. Everything else for me is default. trust me it works.

Neymar personally, I would play him as a AMC Trequartista as its practically the same posistion and the same role just giving him more time on the ball.
