Could Tielemans become a new Pirlo?

I'm playing Juventus and have purchased Tielemans. I noticed that he could really play DM as a deep lying playmaker.

What do you guys think? And which attribute would I need to focus on him to trully master it?

Plus, will it cost me too many CA points in order for him to master the position?

Emre Can seems to be a god in that DM role.

If you want Pirlo 2.0 get either Romero (Lucas/Gaston Gil). Tielemans is more of an Iniesta type player, that being said there's no reason why if you get Pirlo to tutor him he couldn't be a good regista.
