Counter Attacking Football?

Hey everyone,

I love all the passion you all have for this beautiful game, and the tactical insight and tactics you all share makes this my favorite place on the internet..

So the thing is, a lot of people here post a lot of attacking tactics, like 100 goals a season tactics, but I can't find any strong defence tactics or COUNTER ATTACKING football tactics here.

WHY??

I am playing as Gateshead of the English Conference, the 5th tier of English football, and I have an FA Cup final against Manchester City, now what tactics should I use? lol (this is just an example)

I am not good at making tactics myself, but love counter attacking football. I have a solid defence fetish, and wonder why are there no counter attacking tactics here for the minnows?

you have a snowballs chance in **** of wining against manc with gateshead....you prolly reloaded a dozen times to get to final anyway....some games just can't be won...you can try to grind out 0-0 with my defensive tactic and try to beat them on penalties, but it's a long shot...
