Hey everyone. Long time lurker, first time poster. I just need a little help and a few tips on a coutner attacking tactic.

I'm playing as Leicester and in my first two seasons I got them 6th and 4th with a very successful 4-2-3-1 Gegenpressing style tactic and have a possession tactic to fall back on. But now I am trying to create a 3rd counter attacking option that can withstand heavy pressure from technically better teams in the Champions League and be lethal on the break.

I have spent hours and hundreds of permutations of formations, player roles, tactical instructions and none of them have brought out any results in test saves and games. My team usually end up 2-0/3-0 down by the half an hour mark. The most "success" I've had is a 3-5-2 ( as seen below). I've never really tried to come up with a counter attacking tactic from scratch so is there something I'm totally missing here?

Additional info; I'm playing with a totally re-shaped Leicester side. My main attributes in my players are Work rate, team work, determination and pace and I'd rather have this tactic have 2 strikers.

If anyone can give me any tips and advice on where I can improve; or straight up telling me where I'm wrong would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
