Countering a 4-2-3-1

I am managing Werder Bremen, and i have won the german bundesliga in my last two seasons in charge, and again in my third season, i am dominating, however each season i seem to struggle against bayer leverkusen. I really dont know why, each season i struggled, against their 4-2-3-1 which consists of 2 cm and 3 am, how can i counter this so when i next play them i can beat them? i play a 4-4-1-1 with ozil playing off altidore.

3 dmc = man mark the 3 amc
2 amc = inside forward, ozil and marin
strategy = counter

try this tactic mate see if it works...

it worked pretty well for my Santa Cruz team for about 2 seasons or so, got successive promotions into the A division (well 3rd season for promotion I had to change it a bit as it was alot harder) but still got Promotion
