Countries where I can go on tour?

In which countries I can go on tour? July/August

I can go to USA but its boring to go there every year. In most of other countries you cant go because they have league or something? I know only for USA, so can anyone recommend some?

Go to a smaller european country OR South Africa and China are also willing to accept games.
