Crash dump help please?

anyone figured out how crash dumps are fixed? i started a season with AIK and in the last two games i get a crash dump exactly on 23rd April, i tried deleting the folder of crash dump and tried it more than once but get the same result, any help?

Now i tried error-fixing the drive and will defragment it maybe it helps.
