crash dump help

So basically i did some things in the editor, edited this and that, but every time i try to test it, it keeps giving me crashdumps.. and im not sure where i went wrong, could someone look it up for me please?

At what point do you get a crash dump? Do you get it before/after you create new nation rules?

i get it when i load the game and its saying setting up database
