Crash dump when loading a save

I get a crash dump when trying to load a save, I do not run this game through steam as it is a boxed version. I seriously do not want to lose my progress as I recently got offered the job at arsenal.

I've tried restoring a previous version, but this takes me back to the club I was at before I was at Arsenal. I've tried deleting the crash dumps folder and also tried deleting the cache/settings folders in the app data > sports interactive folder.

Any ideas on what I should do cause I don't want to lose my progress.

The previous versions is the only way ive ever got around this, usually like you say, you lose some of your game, about half a season.
Gutting isnt it??!!
Also on a few saves when I got back to the point it crashed, it crashed again!!
