You can choose to remove a club and replace them with your own club, deciding if you want to keep the new club using existing facilities, squad, staff ect or change it all together (or small parts).
I ran a test early on to see how it works and removed West Ham. It then gave me the option of keeping the squad or releasing all of them. I chose to release the squad which gave me from memory £700M transfer kitty and a huge transfer budget (based on the current transfer value of the squad and the contract values of their earnings). It also gave me the option of remaining in the current stadium or moving to a new stadium and if I wanted to move the club to a new city.
It is kind of reminisent of those gameswith the goal of winning the league for the price of Fernando Torres challenges. The difference seems to be that you automatically get a transfer kitty with the equal value of the released squad
